Would You Wear: Sneakers with Heels?

This blog post over at Boots4You.com puts athletic boots with heels on style trial. We’re talking basketball-type shoes getting an unwanted fashion makeover and being given heels that are no shorter than 3 3/4 inches.

While you ponder on whether any of the 4 boots on there are actually rad or just plain bad, here are 4 more heeled athletic shoes to consider. In addition to the boots, we’ve got pumps, wedges, and lace-up sandals and this time, no heel goes shorter than 4 inches.

I’d go for the heeled mary jane shoes and even the metallic gold, but in perforated leather with white rubber soles? DKNY Eleanor, $125.00 now only $71.81.

These D&G Dolce & Gabbana DS2014 E7669 89001s are actually bordering cutesy and playful. $314.00.

These DSQUARED2 G007s are a low-cut version of the DSQUARED2 C037s. Yes there is a boot version of these. $819.00 now only $374.00.

These last ones are probably the most athletic-looking heel but oddly, they’re the ones I would probably wear out of all of the shoes on here. These DSQUARED2 S10C026016 22s also remind me of the Balenciaga Fall 2007 lego shoes. Kanye West blogged about them calling them them the illest shoes and Beyonce wore them for a performance at the 2007 American Music Awards:
