Jennifer Lopez Wears the “Robot” Sandals

Jennifer Lopez was spotted over the weekend in Puerto Rico wearing the Ruthie Davis Robot Ankle Strap Sandals, though we unfortunately don’t have a photo of her shoes. Take a look:

Jennifer was seen with hubby Marc Anthony leaving the luxury hotel La Concha on Sunday, March 6, in Puerto Rico.

Ruthie Davis Robot Ankle Strap Sandal

This Robot platform sandals are from Ruthie Davis’ Spring 2011 Collection, and was first seen at the Dennis Basso Spring/Summer 2011 show. Why it’s named the Robot quite speaks for itself. The design certainly has that futuristic and fashion-forward feel. The colors—almond, taupe and silver—were, I think, carefully selected to give you that robot-y and space age vibe.

The “Robot” sports Davis’s trademark heels—an exposed metal that separates the wood or patent-covered upper portion and the clear Lucite lower portion of the heel. The straps comes in almond, taupe and silver colors.

The “Robot” sandals also come in black, with clear plastics straps thrown in, which make this shoe even more sexier.

The Ruthie Davis Robot Ankle Strap Sandal will be available in many color combinations at Neiman Marcus for Spring 2011 and is set to retail for $965.00. The almond and taupe version is available at TheHipChick for the same price.
