Polka Dots, Bows, and Floral Print: Is the ‘Missie’ from Betsey Johnson Too Much or Just Enough?

February 22, 2012 • By Andrea

When I caught a glimpse of the ‘Missie’ from Betsey Johnson at Endless I knew that she’d get plenty of reactions from our faithful shoe critics. The ‘Missie’ features a polka dot covered upper with a floral print platform, metallic trimming and a cute bow detail on the toe. The ‘Missie’ comes in black and blue, but I prefer the black option. I can’t decide if this wedge heel is a bit too much or if all of the different elements work really well together.

I could see thee paired with cuffed red jeans, a simple black tank, and a black and white striped turban for a pretty but edgy look. What do you think of this pretty mixed media shoe from Betsey Johnson? Would you make them your next shoes? If so, how would you style them?
