Rose McGowan Looks Ravishing in Giuseppe Zanotti

Rose McGowan was recently spotted wearing Giuseppe Zanotti metallic platform slingbacks to the Heart Truth’s Red Dress Fashion Show in NYC. Rose looks so beautiful in these Giuseppe Zanotti pumps and red gown combo that I’m completely envious. This years show was the 7th annual event put on to raise awareness for women’s heart health. Each celebrity involved in the show wore a designer red dress. Lucky lady Rose wore Roberto Cavalli. Check out a couple shots of her in this gorgeous gown and heel combo.

Doesn’t shoe look hot? I think red is a great color for Rose and these silver metallic pumps work perfectly with her dress.
