I was happily introduced to two new Charlotte Olympia shoes at Neiman Marcus today. They feature bird and feather details that are reminiscent of a tropical island oasis.
The first style we’re featuring is the “Birds of Paradise” — cage-heel sandals that feature actual cage heels with a little bird in each!

The second style is the “Dolly” — rainbow-feather-covered pumps that feature a solid coat of rainbow feathers covering each entire upper.

We’ve spotted Ice T’s wife, Coco Austin, in these bird-of-paradise-inspired heels.
Both styles would be great with a little black dress. However, they’d work well with jeans and a neutral sweater for fall as well. These heels are so detailed and bold I don’t think one would need to wear too many accessories with either pair. Some may be skeptical about wearing such tropical heels in the fall or winter, but we think they’d be amazingly unexpected!
