We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw pictures of Olivia Palermo at amfAR’s 20th Annual Cinema Against AIDS event. Could it really be her looking all sexy in a one-shouldered, belly-baring, and slit-up-to-there leopard-print dress by Roberto Cavalli? The American socialite achieved her style icon status because of her love for experimenting with different looks, but sexy has never been one of them!

We don’t know if ‘The City’ star has finally decided to include sexy into her repertoire or if she just couldn’t turn down the offer to wear this gaudy leopard-printed Robert Cavalli dress after Roberto Cavalli himself let her cruise around Cannes on his yacht.

We were only able to ensure that it was really Olivia Palermo in the pictures when we saw these shoes on her feet:

Few would dare to wear geometric shapes with leopard print. Olivia Palermo not only gets away with it, but also gets recognized for her penchant for mixing and matching.

Olivia Palermo’s clashing shoes are from Sergio Rossi:

Now, tell us: would you dare wear these Sergio Rossi shoes with a leopard-print dress?
