Both Kylie and Kim wore the boots with black dresses. It was surprising, though, to see 15-year-old Kylie in a quite sexy outfit — a cropped top with zip fastening down the front and a high-waist skirt with an asymmetrical hemline that’s super short in the front, revealing much of the young celebrity’s legs.
