Dita Von Teese loves wearing killer heels to finish off her retro glam looks. Walking in dangerously high heels seems to be second nature to the burlesque queen, who always looks elegant and sophisticated no matter the occasion.
While at a detox spa in Sicily, Dita was asked to remove her heels and change into a pair of sneakers. She shared a photo of herself wearing black-and-fuchsia trainers, which caused quite a frenzy as this was the first time that she was seen covering up her dainty feet with a pair of running shoes. Unsurprisingly, Dita managed to still look classy and glamorous even without the help of her trusty heels.

After a relaxing day at the spa, Dita changed out of her trainers and slipped into a pair of sexy ankle-strap pumps. Clad in a fabulous all-black ensemble, she roamed the streets of Sicily and shared a couple of photos on Instagram:

During Paris Fashion Week, Dita teased her fans with a pic of her backstage at Jean Paul Gaultier’s haute couture runway show. The designer unveiled his surprise at the end of the show in the form of a breathtaking appearance by the 41-year-old burlesque star. Gaultier’s latest spectacle showcased models as modern reinterpretations of butterflies that transform into glamorous showgirls at night. Who better to close the show than burlesque queen and retro glam superstar Dita Von Teese?

Dita looked fabulous in a turquoise-and-black butterfly corset, which showed off her unbelievably tiny waist. She amped up the drama with a pair of black leather gloves, a feathered headpiece, turquoise eyeshadow, and vampy red lips.

The stunning star also wore a pair of flirty black stockings with gorgeous details on the back, which looked spectacular with her embellished heels from Christian Louboutin. These shoes feature self-covered heels, peep toes, the brand’s signature red leather soles, and enough sparkle to light up the runway.
