Fergie was on hand at Brown Shoe Company’s celebration of 100 years on the New York Stock Exchange, which took place at the 4 World Trade Center in New York City on April 23.
Earlier that day, Fergie also helped the footwear company ring the closing bell to mark their achievement. The said global footwear company markets licensed shoe brands, including Fergie’s eponymous line.

The singer slash shoe designer wore a sultry black Saint Laurent Spring 2014 printed silk-georgette mini wrap dress ($3,490 at Net-A-Porter) featuring a red lip stick pattern and a low-cut neckline that exposed her lacy bra. The frock’s short hemline also had her enviable legs on display, which was balanced with long slim sleeves that gave her overall appearance a hint of modesty. In addition, Fergie’s makeup was flawless with a glossy pink lip shade and light gold eye shadow with black mascara and eyelash extensions. Her hair looked great, but we think styling it up (maybe in a bun) would have been more appropriate for the occasion.

Rounding out her look were the “Cash” sandals by Fergie Footwear. Yup, she just can’t get enough of wearing shoes from her own collection! These sandals are made of synthetic material with a croc texture and feature polished metal plates that toughen up the ankle cuffs and elastic insets at the front straps. They also have back zip closures, 1½ inch glossy island platforms, and 5 inch glossy heels.
