New parents Tom Pelphrey and Kaley Cuoco enlisted the services of a babysitter. They dressed elegantly for the 20th Anniversary Evening From The Heart event hosted by the John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health.

The event took place at Avalon Hollywood on a Thursday evening. John Ritter died of an aortic dissection on September 11, 2003, at the age of 54.

He was taken to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California, after becoming ill while working on the set of his sitcom, “8 Simple Rules … for Dating My Teenage Daughter.” The American actor was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Kaley, a 37-year-old Californian, chose to wear a stylish pink blazer dress by Philosophy to complement her post-baby physique.

She paired it with Christian Louboutin’s Clare Nodo bow leather slingback pumps. She adorned herself with jewelry from Shay, expertly selected by the styling duo Brad Goreski and Daniela Viviana Romero.

Hairstylist Marilee Albin creatively arranged Kaley’s ponytail for the occasion, lending it a deliberately tousled appearance. The event’s tickets were available for $500 to $1,000.

Make-up artist Jamie Greenberg ensured that Kaley Cuoco looked picture-perfect for any close-up shots at the charitable event.

During the event, Kaley, a three-time Emmy nominee, was photographed with her 40-year-old partner, Tom Pelphrey, who was dressed in a black ensemble.

At the event, Kaley reconnected with Amy Davidson, her co-star from “8 Simple Rules,” and Amy Yasbeck, the widow of the late John Ritter, who tragically passed away from aortic dissection in 2003 at the age of 54.

They were also joined by Ashley Jones, who played the role of Rebecca Hale in the 2022 Lifetime movie “What Happened to My Sister?”.

Kaley and her fellow co-star, who famously portrayed John Ritter’s on-screen daughters Bridget and Kerry Hennessy on the NBC sitcom from 2002 to 2005, shared a special bond with the Emmy-winning actor.

In a 2018 Reelz documentary titled “John Ritter: Behind Closed Doors,” Kaley fondly reminisced about her last interaction with John Ritter, recounting a heartwarming moment when he expressed his love for her shortly before his passing.

“To this day, if anyone asks me [about] John Ritter, I get this chill because I love him so much,” she said.

He sat down on the couch and he goes, “I love you.” And I was like, “I love you too, silly man!” And he goes, “No, I want you to know, I love you.” And I said, “I love you too.” And then he goes, “That’s it” and he gave me a hug and that’s the last time I saw him.
