Just like their Disney TV series, Zendaya and Bella Thorne shook it up at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards. The two emerging fashionistas stood out among the rest with their pink and blue outfits and their adorable friendship.

Bella Thorne arrived matching the event’s blue carpet. Her custom Johnny Wujeck for Candie’s Couture dress featuring a sweet floral print was made a little bit dangerous by a down-to-there plunging neckline. A pair of satin Dior heels with curved Perspex heels completed her all-blue ensemble, while Suzanne Kalan and Le Vian jewelry added sparkle and shine to her look.

Like a true BFF, Zendaya was the complementing pink to Bella’s blue. Since she is the new face of Material Girl’s Fall 2014 campaign, Zendaya was decked out in the label’s pink keyhole halter dress with a large bow at the back. Her ears, wrists, and fingers were all practically dripping diamonds. Like Bella, Zendaya chose shoes that matched her dress’ color — pink patent Christian Louboutin “So Kate” pumps.

In her red carpet interview, Zendaya said that her look was her glam squad’s modern interpretation of Madonna’s style in the “Material Girl” music video. However, with the shade of pink and the short bob, it seems to have reminded people more of Dora than Madonna.

When Bella and Zendaya got together at the arrivals, it was an explosion of pink, blue, and sheer cuteness.

Whose look do you prefer more, Bella’s or Zendaya’s?

Zendaya later on changed into an Emanuel Ungaro outfit for the awards show proper. Although the pink outfit was cute, the zebra-print shirtdress and the Nicholas Kirkwood over-the-knee boots were definitely more compatible with her tomboy-chic style.
