Jennifer Lopez hit the carpet at the 2014 Variety Power of Women event presented by Lifetime on Friday afternoon at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons in Los Angeles. She was honored for her work with The Lopez Family Foundation.

The 45-year-old entertainer donned a black-and-red leopard-print shirt-dress by Valentino featuring a classic collar, long sleeves, and rear zip fastening. She accessorized with Norman Silverman jewelry with Le Vian rings and completed the outfit with bejeweled “Esam” pumps by Jimmy Choo.
