Kim Kardashian seemed pleased when people didn’t believe that she was pregnant with her second child because she was “so skinny.” On Saturday, she took to Twitter to admit that she secretly loved the rumors that she was faking her pregnancy.
The 34-year-old reality TV star also confessed that she can no longer hide her baby bump as she’s now five months pregnant and has already gained 20 lbs.
While running errands in Los Angeles on Thursday, Kim squeezed her voluminous figure into a gray skin-tight ribbed dress, which revealed every inch of her pregnancy curves. The clingy low-cut dress flaunted her ample cleavage, curvy hips, and burgeoning baby bump. Covering up a little, she draped an Isabel Marant trench coat over her shoulders. Her raven locks were neatly styled into a slicked-back bun, and her makeup was gorgeous as she shielded her eyes behind a pair of Saint Laurent sunglasses.

Mrs. West tried to keep her balance in a pair of strappy sandals with heels approximately 5 inches high.
