Vanessa Hudgens played one of the five female leads in the action film Sucker Punch, a 2011 American psychological fantasy action film directed by Zack Snyder.

At the time, Vanessa Hudgens expressed her excitement about being seen by a new audience that may not be familiar with her work in the High School Musical films.

She portrayed Blondie, an institutionalized girl in an asylum who is of Native American descent. In 2011, she was busy promoting her new movie.

Several months before filming, the lead actresses in Sucker Punch underwent rigorous physical training, including deadlifts up to 96 kilograms (211 lbs.).

Vanessa Hudgens found the training challenging and emotionally draining, breaking down several times. She drew on these experiences to portray her character’s emotions in the film.

“I was doing all these tumbles and rolls on the floor and learning all my punches and my kicks,” Hudgens said on MTV’s The Seven.

“That was the one that actually made me throw up,” she added about doing 500 box jumps. “That was the one that pushed me over the edge.”

While the film’s content was criticized, it received some recognition for the visual effects of its fantasy sequences. Sucker Punch was nominated for Best F/X at the 2011 Scream Awards, and its stunt work was nominated for a Taurus Award.

She held two iced coffees in her metallic manicured hands, and her long dark hair covered up the black lettering on her t-shirt.

Vanessa finished her look off with Isabel Marant’s “Nerys” boots. The celeb even gave a small “thanks” when someone told her she looked great.
