Speculation abounds about Kylie Jenner’s appearance, with rumors suggesting that she has undergone extensive surgical enhancements beyond lip fillers. Reports allege that her face, breasts, and buttocks have also been augmented through surgical means.
Italian plastic surgeon Dr. Andrea Giannitrapani shared his expert opinion with Elle in May 2019, discussing the potential procedures that could have led to Kylie Jenner’s reported change in hip and buttock size.

“There is a clear size increase in Kylie’s breasts. Although they are not out of proportion with her frame, they have the characteristics of breast enlargement in the early stages of healing and look as though they still need time to settle,” he said.
“If she intended on keeping the procedure a secret, the surgeon would have gone for an implant size to suit her frame and for the result to look as natural as possible whilst still creating the volume increase she desired,” the plastic surgeon added.

“Everyone thinks I’ve gotten a breast augmentation recently and I haven’t,” Kylie said about her breasts on her app in 2015. The Kylie Cosmetics founder is believed to have had her first cosmetic procedure when she was just 17 years old.
She added, “I just use the ‘Bombshell’ by Victoria’s Secret—it’s life-changing. I’ve gotten all my sisters on it, all my friends and if you ever want the look of bigger breasts, that’s what I do.”
Her boobs beg to differ – snapshots of a younger Kylie show a definite change in size when compared to more recent photos in everything but her Victoria’s Secret weapon.

Giannitrapani speculates that Kylie has also undergone fat transfer to her hips and buttocks to further enhance her hourglass curves.
The “Life of Kylie” star’s fans also seem to think she underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) – a procedure popular in Hollywood.
Jenner has continued to deny that she has ever had plastic surgery done. We can’t, however, forget that she also denied getting lip fillers for years and years – even though it was blatantly obvious to fans all around the globe. Maybe we can expect a confession in the future?

She’s also come under fire about the changes in her face. Kylie has addressed the, ahem, misconception that she has had surgery done on her face.
“People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false,” Kylie Jenner revealed in Paper Magazine’s “Transformation” issue in February 2019.
“I’m terrified! I would never. They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do.”
“I mean, no,” Jenner said about her looks not being all-natural. “It’s fillers. I’m not denying that.”
In June 2021, Lorry Hill argued on YouTube that Kylie may have had rhinoplasty as a teenager to improve her nose by making it look narrower and perkier.

She also believes Kylie has had upper and lower blepharoplasty to make her eyes look larger, buccal fat removal (cheek reduction surgery), endoscopic brow lift, and a number of other procedures.
In the spring/summer 2023 issue of HommeGirls, Kylie Jenner said, “I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t!”

She also added, “Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone.”
“I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute.”
Kylie’s Relationship History
Kylie has had a couple of noteworthy relationships throughout the years. Her first long-term relationship was with “Rack City” rapper Tyga.
The two met in November 2011 at Kendall Jenner’s sweet-16 birthday party. They were, however, only seen together after about three years when Tyga hosted Kylie’s seventeenth birthday party at his home in August 2014. At her 18th, the rapper bought her a $320,000 Ferrari.
The two were on-again and off-again, splitting in May 2016 and reuniting a few months later. However, by April 2017, the two called off their relationship for good, and Kylie was seen holding hands with Travis Scott at Coachella not long after.

About five months later, many sources confirmed that Jenner was pregnant, and Stormi Webster was welcomed into the world on February 1, 2018.
The Kylie Cosmetics mogul continued her relationship roller-coaster ride with Scott after they broke up in October 2019 and reunited in the summer of 2021. People Magazine confirmed in August 2021 that Jenner was expecting her and Travis Scott’s second child.
