The leggy Disney star arrived at The Forum in Inglewood wearing a flattering black dress from Mikael D’s Spring 2016 collection.
She flashed a hint of flesh in the form-fitting frock that featured see-through lace panels and a straight hem that fell just right above her knees.

Debby added a playful vibe to the look with a Les Petits Joueurs “AAH!” clutch and glammed up with a pair of silver pumps. She also rocked a small septum ring!
Wearing her blonde locks straight and parted in the middle, smokey eye-makeup and pink lipstick rounded out the look.
