Rumer Willis has definitely blossomed throughout the years. And, of course, we’ve noticed her budding fashion sense the most. Last Tuesday, the star looked like a vixen as she attended the opening of “BAZ: Star Crossed Love” at the Venetian in Las Vegas to support her good friends, Joanna Alexis Jones, Payson Lewis and Brittany Cherry.
The “Dancing with the Stars” winner walked the red carpet in a form-fitting black dress that showed off her great figure. She paired the LBD with bronze platform cage sandals. Rumer finished off her look with bold red lips and minimal accessories.

We love this simple and sultry ensemble on Rumer. It was definitely a step up from her ensemble at Elle’s 5th Annual Women in Concert Celebration, where she gave us a peek of her pink undies.
