Hollywood has fallen in love with Brie Larson’s acting, and we’ve fallen in love with her style. Brie’s sudden rocket to fame means we’re seeing a lot more of her at award shows and on red carpets, and we’re loving everything she throws our way. After her show stopping take on dark romance at this year’s Oscars, we were pleasantly surprised at the looks that followed.

The actress quickly went back to work post-Oscars to promote her latest film, “Kong: Skull Island.” Brie flew out to London to kick off the European leg of the film’s promotions.

After her black strapless Oscars gown, Brie decided to go in the opposite direction with a covered up Ralph & Russo couture dress in white. The dress showed off her generous cleavage with its low neckline, held in place by a thin layer of tulle. The beautiful skirt was made out of layers of pleated and beaded fabric.

Brie finished her look with jewelry from Fernando Jorge and a pair of velvet Jimmy Choo “Holly” sandals. It would be easy to say that her shoes were too heavy for this look, but for some reason, the trendy velvet material makes this look work.

In the film, the actress plays the character Mason Weaver, a photographer who sneaks into the mission after having a gut feeling that something wasn’t right.

Brie also shares that “Kong: Skull Island” is about “who we are as humans, what’s worth protecting, and our environment.”

Cheers London 🇬🇧
