Elle Fanning showed off her style prowess in a multitude of chic and whimsical looks as she strolled through Cannes for this year’s prestigious film festival.
Here are some of Elle’s most memorable looks from this year’s event.
1. Miu Miu ensemble and black slingback pumps
Elle was a breath of fresh air from the moment she stepped out of the Nice Cote d’Azur Airport. Miu Miu’s celebrity ambassador donned an ensemble from the label that consisted of a striped blouse and denim jeans. The puff sleeves of her blouse and statement cat-eye sunglasses (available at Net-A-Porter) enhanced the retro vibe of her look. She completed her ensemble with a denim tote from Miu Miu and black slingback heels.

2. Miu Miu dress and platform sandals
The Miu Miu muse wore another look from the luxury brand while she was out and about in Cannes. Her blue sundress had a high neck, cap sleeves and a flouncy hem. It also featured a fit-and-flare silhouette and an eye-catching pattern. She styled the frock with neon pink sunglasses and towering platform sandals from Miu Miu.

3. Vivienne Westwood custom couture gown and Christian Louboutin heels
Later that day, Elle attended the gala opening of “Ismael’s Ghosts” in a white Vivienne Westwood ball gown. Inspired by the designer’s “Bird of Paradise” creations, Elle collaborated with Vivienne and Andreas Kronthaler to make this stunning gown. It has a strapless bustier bodice, ruched detailing, a floor-length skirt and a draped silhouette. The best part about Elle’s gown was the sweeping train, which featured hand-painted designs that added a whimsical touch.
The actress swept her hair up into a high bun, which showed off her winged eyeliner and bold fuchsia lips. Tiffany & Co. jewels and Christian Louboutin shoes finished off her look.

4. Temperley London dress and Laurence Dacade sandals
The 19-year-old made another charming fashion statement in a pretty blue frock from Temperley London. Elle wore the “Amity” dress, which featured scalloped trims and a whimsical red lip print. It also had bracelet-length sleeves, a high neckline, a contrasting black neck tie and an A-line silhouette. Elle finished up her look with red satin sandals from Laurence Dacade and statement sunglasses.

5. Miu Miu maxi dress and Jimmy Choo mules
Elle’s stylish streak continued with another look from Miu Miu’s fall 2017 collection. Her flowy maxi dress featured long sleeves, a low neckline and a quirky graphic print. She capped off her look with a low ponytail, Chloe sunglasses and Jimmy Choo white leather mules.

6. Prada dress and Laurence Dacade pumps
The “How to Talk to Girls at Parties” star donned another retro-style outfit during the photo call for the film. She wore a blush-colored shift dress from Prada’s fall 2017 collection, which featured a painting by Robert McGinnis. She complemented her look with pink lips and coral platform pumps from Laurence Dacade.

She wore the French shoe label’s “Lilas” satin pumps, which are currently on sale at Net-A-Porter. These shoes are set on towering block heels and balanced by chunky platforms. They also feature buckle-fastening ankle straps and a gorgeous coral shade.

7. Gucci Gown and Brian Atwood Shoes
Finally, Elle graced the “How to Talk to Girls at Parties” premiere in a beautiful Gucci gown. This fall 2017 number came in a pretty lime green hue that looked lovely against Elle’s porcelain skin. Her soft tulle gown featured crystal leaf embroidery and hand-painted yellow silk flowers by Alessandro Michele. It also had a deep V-shaped neckline, a floor-length skirt, and a short train detail.
Elle finished off her look with minimal hair and makeup, Tiffany & Co jewels, and Brian Atwood shoes.
