Adriana Lima’s Pinky Toes Poke out of Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Calliope’ Sandals

Adriana Lima strayed from the avant-garde theme of the 2017 Met Gala and underwhelmed in a muted ensemble as she strutted down the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s iconic steps in a custom look from Alberta Ferretti. Adriana joined fellow models Gisele Bundchen, Gigi Hadid, Lily Aldridge, Bella Hadid, and Cara Delevingne at the fashion event.

The Brazilian stunner wore a black velvet halter bodysuit with a plunging neckline and an open back. She paired it with a black Mikado silk floor-length skirt, which featured pleated detailing and a dangerously high front slit. Adriana styled her ensemble with a sleek ponytail, soft pink lips and Chopard jewelry before finishing off her look with embellished sandals from Giuseppe Zanotti.

While the Victoria’s Secret Angel looked beautiful at the event, her pinky toes stole her thunder as they tried to escape from her shoes. Her poor toes poked out of her too-small Giuseppe Zanotti “Calliope” sandals as she navigated the museum steps. How do you think she could have prevented this?

These shoes feature black patent leather and suede, as well as a sweeping silhouette. They also have delicate straps, small internal platforms, rear zip closures, covered stiletto heels, and leather soles. Swarovski crystals provided a glamorous finish to these stunning shoes from Giuseppe Zanotti.
