MTV rolled out the carpet for its annual MTV TV & Movie Awards ceremony held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Celebrities stepped out in bold hues, sparkly outfits, and sultry ensembles. It was pretty tame by MTV standards, but the event still churned out several striking looks.

Minimalist footwear seemed to be the most popular choice for the night, as evidenced by the shoe selections made by Holland Roden, Emma Watson and Shay Mitchell. Among those who got the memo were Alexandra Daddario and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Both ladies showed up in pretty dresses styled with celebrity favorite Stuart Weitzman “Nudist” sandals.

These shoes gained popularity due to their strappy silhouette and minimalist design. We’ve seen varying styles of these heels from Emily Ratajkowski, Vanessa Hudgens, Mandy Moore, Chrissy Teigen and Kylie Jenner. You can get your own pair at ShopbopAmazonZappos, and Stuart Weitzman.

The 31-year-old stunner opted for a sultry Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini gown paired with black “Nudist” sandals. Her Fall 2016 sleeveless dress featured sheer lace panels, flirty thigh-high slit details and a floor-length skirt. She wore a black bodysuit for coverage and flashed some leg as she sashayed in her Stuart Weitzman heels. The “Baywatch” star finished off her look with a sleek bun, dramatic black eye makeup, and an assortment of jewels.

Meanwhile, Mary Elizabeth looked pretty and fresh in her blue Jonathan Simkhai dress coupled with a pair of white “Nudist” sandals that looked to be several sizes too big for her feet. Her Spring 2017 frock featured charming details such as pearl embellishments, contrasting white lace embroidery and a tiered fringe hem. It also had a V-shaped neckline, delicate spaghetti straps, flirty cutouts on the bodice and a sexy open back.

She styled her hair in a wavy bob with bangs, which framed her face beautifully. Bold red lips, hoop earrings and an Edie Parker clutch completed her ensemble.
