Attending the 2013 Vogue Festival party on April 27, Anna managed just the right amount of eccentricity in a striking black-and-white dress with a trendy high-low skirt. In this chic dress, she showed off slim fishnet-covered legs, and we were able to get a good look at her black Saint Laurent t-strap pumps. Since her wide-brimmed hat added enough drama, it was a smart move to go with such a classy pair of shoes.
