After the success of the highly-anticipated movie “Suicide Squad,” Cara Delevingne seems to have committed herself to acting. However, it doesn’t look like the model is ready to star in a tearjerker anytime soon. Cara’s latest film is yet another action-packed thriller.

Cara was spotted promoting her new indie film “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets,” which is based on the French science fiction comics series “Valérian and Laureline.”

Even though Cara is no longer walking the runways, she’s still treating her fans to look after look thanks to her promo tour outfits. The model was spotted at “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” in one of her chicest looks to date.

We’re not sure if Cara’s short and spiky platinum blonde ‘do is to credit, but we’re loving her edgy new looks, like the one she rocked for her “Late Show” stint.

Cara wore a velvet blazer and matching slouchy pants from Mugler’s Pre-Fall 2017 collection. Underneath, the model wore sheer lace lingerie.

The newly-minted actress finished her ensemble with the Christian Dior “So Real” pop sunglasses and the polished Balmain “Aurore” boots.

In the film, Cara plays lead role Laureline opposite Dane Dehaan, who plays Major Valerian. Dane, who played Green Goblin in “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” is no stranger to action flicks.

Cara talked with Stephen Colbert about how she broke into the industry as a child model, revealing that she was much more interested in sports day than doing advertisements.

Stephen challenged Cara to an arm wrestling match, which somehow ended up as an eyebrow showdown.
