Carrie Underwood seems to be one of few celebrities that has seamlessly transitioned from small town girl to huge star, all while keeping her heart big and her morals strong. The country singer recently held a mini-concert for Operation Homefront, an organization that aids military families through financial difficulties.
Did we mention she held her concert on a cruise ship? The organization partnered with Carnival Vista to give back to American troops.

Carrie, who was fresh off a 12-outfit night at the 2016 CMA Awards, started her day in an all-black ensemble that consisted of a collared top, a faux leather pants and cape combo, and a pair of the Jimmy Choo “Murphy” boots. The singer later switched her leather cape for a warm coat.
Carrie changed into the white “Serena” top by Ramy Brook just before hitting the stage. Carrie finished her look with the “Kaveri” necklace by Swarovski.

Carrie said Carnival Vista has been working with Operation Forefront for a while now, and the organization proposed a collaboration for her “Storyteller” tour.
The newly-minted mother also said her husband is her favorite travel companion, and talked about motherhood and how her backpack is always full of “mom things.”
