Anna Paquin was spotted attending the L.A. Short Film Fest in Hollywood early last week. The True Blood star arrived at the event in fab fashion, dressed in a stunningly beautiful Herve Leger quilted leather skirt (click here to read up on Anna’s skirt) topped with a classic white tee. Ever since we saw those Brian Atwood Donna pumps on Anna Paquin at the 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, we’ve been on the lookout for a beautiful bow shoe just like it.
