I’ve been on the hunt for a sleeker pair of boots to dress up my winter wardrobe. While browsing JustFab today I came across a few pair of boots that have a very city-chic vibe. When I spotted these Naughty Monkey boots at Shoes I nearly squealed with excitement. I’ve been searching for a pair of sturdy but cute boots that will keep my toes warm and while still looking amazing with fun tops and dresses. I love that the heel of the ‘Icey’ boot from Naughty Monkey is thick enough to walk on for hours. I see them paired with opaque tights, a sweater dress, cross body tote, and fun plaid jacket.

When I spotted the ‘Caley’ from Isola at Zappos I fell in love with the sexiness and interesting details. A boot like this would instantly add a hefty dose of sultry city chicness to any outfit. I’d pair them with leather-like leggings or extremely skinny denim and a deep rich berry colored sweater. They would also look great with patterned hosiery and a flirty dark floral dress. The ‘Caley’ comes in two lovely shades that are neutral enough to wear with a lot of varied pieces.

The ‘Gossip Girl’ star Leighton Meester was recently spotted in these Pierre Hardy Boots. I love wedges, so when I saw these boots I wanted them for myself. They are available in the shade that Leighton wears here as well as a rich tan color. I like this deep slate color best.

I’d pair them with skinny distressed denim and a fitted sweater for a comfy and cozy fall look. hey could also work with opaque tights and a denim shirt dress. I like the way that Leighton styles this bootie. Her knit sweater and skinny jeans create a casual look that I love for this time of year. What do you think of this Pierre Hardy bootie? Hit ir Miss? The Ruffled Leather ‘Rallly’ from Betsey Johnson

When I first spotted the ‘Rallly’ boot from Betsey Johnson at Zappos I wasn’t sure how I felt about this ruffle embellished knee high leather boot. The longer I looked at the details of the ‘Rallly’ the more I liked it. I love the asymmetrical shaft and the leather ruffles along the laces add a nice flirty meets edgy feel that I really love. I’d pair the distressed black leather option with black tights, wool socks, a girly plaid shirt-dress in a wine or eggplant color, and an embellished leather bag for a preppy meets rock and roll feel.
