Moore’s Getting Back into Fitness
After taking a four-year hiatus from the gym, the actress got back into exercising with the help of The Mirror, a virtual gym that offers a boutique studio experience at home.
The Mirror is perfect for Moore, who often shares her dance cardio sessions on Instagram. Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Reese Witherspoon are reportedly among the fans of the nearly invisible smart home gym to keep fit and in shape.

Moore Dating Again
For the last several months, Moore has been dating Swiss chef Daniel Humm, the famous chef behind Eleven Madison Park, an upscale vegan restaurant in New York City.
The pair are a perfect match, as Moore has followed a vegan diet for several years, attributing her youthful appearance to the diet.

“They are really hot and heavy at the moment. Daniel works long, hard hours at his restaurant Eleven Madison Park, but they still often take time to have Demi join him for romantic dinners there,” a source told Page Six.
Moore was previously married to Ashton Kutcher, 44, from 2005 to 2013. Before that, she was married to Bruce Willis, 67, for 13 years. Her first marriage was to musician Freddy Moore, ending in 1985.
“I think it’s a process of, not to sound cliché, but it’s really a process of learning to love yourself, accepting who you are just as you are,” Moore said on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Show in 2020 when asked about her three marriages.
