Hilary Duff just returned home from a beach vacation with her son Luca, and it looks like the actress isn’t ready to face the recently rainy days of California just yet. Fortunately for the “Younger” star, the heavens decided to extend her vacation by dousing her home with a bit of sunshine.
Hilary was spotted enjoying the little bit of warmth as she made her way to Joans on Third for lunch in Los Angeles.

Summer with a bit of winter: Hilary steps out in a pair of Givenchy fur slides.
Hilary stepped out in an outfit that looks like it could easily convert to summer from winter and back. The actress wore a black ribbed bodysuit tucked into a pair of ripped denim jeans, hidden under a black trench coat in case it got chilly.
The mother-of-one finished her look with the Free People “Back to Basics” chunky knit beanie that you can buy at Free People, gold accessories, a bucket bag from Proenza Schouler and a pair of fur slides from Givenchy.

We love how Hilary’s Givenchy fur slides, like the rest of her outfit, seems to be in limbo between warm and cold weather as well. The slides give the shoes that summer feel, while the fur keeps the top of her feet warm.
Following her recent appearance in the trendy Gucci “Princetown” shoes, we’re guessing Hilary has developed a love affair for fur slip-ons.
