Jaime King was all covered up when we spotted her out and about in the East Village in New York City yesterday. The actress was decked in a purple outfit that wasn’t exactly the most flattering, although she managed to pull it off well enough to look elegant.
The color also brought out Jaime’s bleach blonde hair and fair skin, making her appear more striking and otherworldly.

What threw us off, however, were the shoes Jaime used to go with the whole look — white pointy slingback pumps. Don’t get us wrong; they were gorgeous, but they weren’t exactly the perfect heels for the outfit. Simple ankle-strap sandals would have been enough to seal the deal.

Had she chosen a shorter skirt — like a midi or one that falls just below the knees — the whole mix could have worked out alright.
