Jaimie Alexander was a vision of understated elegance at a promotional event for The Last Stand in Germany. She was spotted looking chic in an all-black ensemble during a photo call for the film at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The stunning actress looked sophisticated in the “Judia” peplum dress from Ted Baker featuring capped sleeves and pleat detail.

Her hair fell in soft waves on her shoulders and her makeup was kept simple. She finished off her look with Brian Atwood “Aida” sandals, which feature buckled halter straps and gorgeous black satin.

Her “Aida” sandals from Brian Atwood’s Spring 2013 collection seem to be the new red carpet favorite among A-list stars. Earlier this month, Kate Beckinsale showed off her feet in the gold metallic version at the Warner Bros and InStyle Golden Globes After Party.

Carey Mulligan has also confirmed on several occasions that she is a big fan of the “Aida” sandals:

The British actress wore the “Aida” sandals in black satin paired with a red strapless dress from Lanvin for the premiere of her film, The Great Gatsby, at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Her hair was styled in a chic updo and she wore jewelry from Tiffany & Co. for added sparkle.

Carey wore her trusty Brian Atwood “Aida” sandals again at a special screening of her film at the Museum of Modern Art. She opted for a menswear-inspired look with her Lanvin tuxedo jacket and black cropped pants.
