She has had her share of wardrobe malfunctions but this time, it’s her shoes that are giving her a headache. Kendall Jenner showed up on the red carpet of the 2016 MTV Movie Awards looking polished before the night started to, err, unravel. And yes, we intended that pun.

Kendall arrived at the awards show in a pair of DSquared2 “Riri” thigh-high lace-up sandals which gave us major shoe envy. It wasn’t long, however, until Kendall started fidgeting with the straps of her complicated footwear, which later ended in a hilarious snap with her BFF Gigi Hadid.

Kendall wore a sheer asymmetrical dress by Kristian Aadnevik which she dressed up with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. The model was earlier spotted getting ready with Gigi, who commented on her hair being like “big balls.” We will elaborate no further.

Gigi also shared a couple of snaps of Kendall having trouble with her DSquared2 “Riri” sandals. One of those snaps was a hilarious clip of the two trying to get the loose straps into the elevator like they were talking to a pet.
The two were later joined at an after party by fellow model Cara Delevingne, who was also in attendance at the event.
The thigh-high version of the DSquared “Riri” sandals are already sold out (not a suprise considering both Kendall and Rihanna wore them out in public) but the less complicated ankle version is still available at Farfetch.
