White has always been the key color for summer. There’s no other fresher and crisper color than white, which is perfect for those sweltering days. However, for style icon Olivia Palermo, black is the new white this season.
Opting to go back to basics, the 29-year-old socialite wore a head-to-toe black ensemble as she was spotted out in New York City on Wednesday. She paired a black knit sweater with unique origami-style cropped pants and layered the outfit with a sheer jacket with edgy zipper fastenings on the shoulders. Giving her black ensemble some extra polish, she wore a Capwell collar necklace, a chunky gold bracelet, and a wristwatch as she carried a large snakeskin tote. Her hair was worn down and parted in the middle, while her makeup was kept natural-looking as she hid her eyes behind a pair of Westward Leaning sunglasses.
