Remember when we said Paula Patton gave us her best look ever in that skin-tight red leather dress?

We stand corrected. Because we just saw Paula at the ‘Baggage Claim’ premiere the other day, and she was drop-dead stunning. No, seriously. She looked even better than the last time — hotter, more daring, and insanely fabulous. So there, Paula’s outfit last Wednesday’s is her best so far.

Paula wore a black figure-hugging frock that exposed a lot of skin. It was a piece from Rhea Costa’s Fall 2013 collection, and she wore it so perfectly that she looked way better than the model who sported the dress for the designer’s ad campaign.

The outfit was very teasing; all the lace and leather details were strategically placed to catch attention, taunt, and excite without giving anything away. And while some may say wearing the dress was a desperate move by Paula, we say give her a break. The woman was simply trying to enjoy her curves. Besides, at least she flaunted her assets with taste. The dress is both sexy and romantic.

To be honest, we actually almost missed the shoes. She paired the dress with classic black suede pumps, which we initially found boring. Of course, we soon changed our minds the moment she turned and gave us a view of the stilettos’ crystal-encrusted heels!

Wow!

Paula’s bling-detailed pumps are from Giuseppe Zanotti. They are wrapped in black suede and feature low-cut vamps to expose a lot of “toe cleavage” — something we find very sexy here at Your Next Shoes. They also come with pointy toes and 5-inch-tall crystal-detailed metal heels. That sounds high, but the shoes actually come with inch-thick hidden platforms that offer some degree of comfort.

Sadly, Paula’s black suede version isn’t available online, so you’ll have to go looking for it on foot. The floral variation is available at Neiman Marcus:

If it’s a cheaper alternative you need, though, here’s a peep-toe slingback version from BCBGMaxAzria that may just do the trick. This pair comes covered in black satin and features gold metal heels embedded with crystals. It also comes in two other colors — white and blush.

As for Paula, well, let’s just say we can’t wait to see what look she’ll pull off next time. Will she top this one? Maybe or maybe not. Let’s just wait and see if she will once again exceed our expectations.
