For the first time in her acting career, Rachel McAdams has been nominated for an Academy Award. Her performance in “Spotlight” gave her a shot at winning the Best Supporting Actress award at the 88th Academy Awards to be held at the Dolby Theatre on February 28.
Joining her fellow nominees at an exclusive Oscar Nominees Luncheon in Los Angeles on Monday, the 37-year-old Canadian actress showed off her fun and flirty fashion sense.

Rachel was hard to ignore in a peachy pink embellished mini dress by Prada, which she styled with a pair of peach-colored stilettos.
Critics said the thigh-skimming dress was too twee for the actress, but we thought it perfectly encapsulated her bubbly and playful personality. This mod-style shift frock is entirely embellished with clear round sequins, and it also features a red bow detail on the chest and jewel-encrusted neckline, armholes and hemline.
She wore her short hair in messy waves with a side part and sported natural makeup look with peachy cheeks and lips.
