Reese Witherspoon and her partner have split. We’re talking about her producing partner, Bruna Papandrea, of course.

After a four-year partnership resulting in hits such as “Gone Girl” and “Hot Pursuit,” the duo announced they would be parting ways.

Reese Witherspoon and Bruna Papandrea, co-founders of the production company Pacific Standard, also worked together on the HBO series Big Little Lies featuring Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, and Shailene Woodley.

Despite the split, Witherspoon praised Papandrea’s talents and hard work and mentioned they would continue collaborating on ongoing projects.

The duo had been securing various materials, especially books, for adaptations, and they will continue co-producing their current projects.

In addition to her producing role, Witherspoon has acted actively and founded the fashion brand Draper James. Before Pacific Standard, Papandrea produced films including “Warm Bodies” and “Milk.”
