Reese Witherspoon takes another swipe at acting in a comedy film, this time replacing her usual male counterpart with the sizzling Colombian beauty Sofia Vergara.
The 39-year-old plays a police officer in the upcoming film Hot Pursuit, who is given the task of protecting a key witness (played by Vergara) and ends up on the other side of the law, trailing behind them a comedic story about an unexpected friendship.

Interestingly, the two share a close bond not only on the big screen but also in real life. Their friendship was showcased on the red carpet of CinemaCon 2015 as they shared several sisterly moments in front of the photographers, even getting a bit frisky at one point.

Reese dialed up the sex appeal in a J. Mendel hyacinth dress, which she paired with fishnet Louboutins that seemed to be a cross between the “Salonu” and the “Patinana.”

We can only guess whether the Hollywood star had her pair tailor-made (which wouldn’t surprise us) or if it just successfully escaped our shoe radar.

Either way, we like her shoes. As for the entire look, we’re not huge fans of the lace and fishnet combination.
