Stella McCartney Styles Ugly Platform Oxfords with a Blue Sleeveless Mini Dress

Who doesn’t enjoy seeing fine-looking celebrities dressed in stunning outfits? Fortunately, the recently concluded CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards was a sea of stylish personalities. We found ourselves ogling their finest designer outfit choices.

English fashion designer Stella McCartney was on hand at the event, where she served as the keynote speaker — making her the “first female keynote speaker in the event’s 11-year history.” She donned a royal blue sleeveless mini dress with what appears to be a train and styled it with a matching clutch and a pair of platform oxfords from her own collection.

These iconic Stella McCartney oxfords are called “Paul,” perhaps named after the designer’s father, Sir Paul McCartney. This is a one-of-a-kind style, featuring smooth black vegan-friendly leather and 3-inch-high wooden wedge platforms with white shark-tooth rubber soles.

These Paul oxfords are no longer available, but we found a closely similar style in nude/coral pink and in navy with a star cutout design.
