Meet the Top 10 Shoe Bloggers of February 2014

A year ago, we remembered having a theme for our top 10 shoe bloggers of February. It’s the love month, so it was expected that a number of people would wear something red! This year, however, is different. The month just ended, but we didn’t get to see a lot of red or romantic shoes. Instead, there were many fierce and bold heels!

Even without much red heels this love month, though, we were still stunned by many beautifully crafted footwear designs. Check out the fashion bloggers who made it to our top 10 list for February 2014.

1. Oh Maja in strappy sandals

Oh Maja featured a tomboy-chic street-style look in her blog. We love her effortless ensemble, and we think that her strappy sandals added more style and edge to her overall appearance! They complemented her outfit well, and the details look impressive!

2. V Visala in laser-cut sandals

V Visala of V for Visala braved the cold weather in style. She layered different clothing pieces to keep herself warm, but instead of wearing boots, she opted for a pair of sandals. And we can’t blame her for choosing these heels since they are indeed irresistible! They feature leaf-like straps in a laser-cut design. They also have laces that could be tied up to the calves. These heels are definitely hard to miss!

3. Esther O in fierce pumps

Check out the fierce pumps spotted on Esther O. They look so futuristic with spiked jagged heels and platforms and a gray snake-print design. They definitely boosted her rather simple neutral-colored outfit. Her blog is unfortunately no longer available online.

4. Julia in metallic blue wedge pumps

How about an enchanting aquatic look? Julia of Julia in Disguise showcased one with her black long-sleeved top, blue-and-green sequin skirt, and metallic blue wedge pumps that suggest an oceanic look. The jagged edges of the shoes reminded Julia of a shark! Well, we agree!

6. Virgit Canaz in playful shoes

Virgit Canaz of Preppy Fashionist was able to put together an outfit that was both casual and sophisticated. We like her cold-weather ensemble, which was completed with a pair of playful shoes that are mostly in pink. The shoes’ silhouette, including the heels and platforms, is very edgy and modern. They can definitely amp up almost any outfit!

Michelle Forstadt of Catching Couture looked bright and cheery in her colorful printed dress, which she wore to a bridal shower. It is very eye-catching by itself, but Michelle decided to continue her outfit’s bright and lively theme by wearing a pair of red strappy shoes that also feature a striking croc skin pattern and tortoise platforms and heels!

Carmen of Carmen Negoita knows fashion really well! Just check out what she wore to Barcelona Fashion Week recently. Her nude puffy jacket and her pair of multicolored printed trousers went great together! The addition of her blue purse and booties resulted in a fresher and more sophisticated look! The slingback booties, in particular, sport a striking blue shade with gold-tone zips down the vamps.

The second is a pair of textured pumps with a tri-tone design, which includes golden toe caps. Interestingly, these zebra-striped and tri-tone pumps matched her top and necklace, respectively!
