America’s Next Top Model Cycle 20, also known as Guys & Girls, premiered on August 2. This latest season is the first to have more than 14 contestants and also the first to have both male and female competitors.

To celebrate this new cycle, Tyra Banks hosted a meet-and-greet gala at the Supper Club in Los Angeles on August 7.

We’re so glad she ditched the rather “scary” look she showed at the 2013 Summer TCA Party. She got her locks straightened (no more witchy-curly), and her eye makeup was less dark.
The 5 ft 10 in (1.78 m) ANTM host/judge showed off her fabulous modelesque figure in a classic little black dress with a ruched effect. To keep her look coordinated, she wore a matching pair of strappy black heels.
Although Tyra wears black shoes most of the time, she makes sure that they’re not typical and unremarkable. At the recent Summer TCA party, she wore a pair of fiery Walter Steiger pumps in black. This time, she chose another pair of Walter Steiger shoes in the same tone.
Her most recent pick is like a mixture of pumps and booties. They look similar to classic pointed-toe pumps in black suede, but they’re updated with elastic bands across the front, making them look like a pair of fashion-forward ankle booties.
