“Star Trek Beyond” — the latest installment in the “Star Trek” franchise — kicked off San Diego Comic-Con on Wednesday night with a special outdoor IMAX screening. The movie’s cast and crew as well as some fans attended the premiere held at Embarcadero Marina Park.
Zoe Saldana, who plays Lieutenant Nyota Uhura in the movie, led the fashion pack as she arrived in an ethereal blue dress. She was accompanied by her husband Marco Perego, who looked handsome in a dark suit and a patterned shirt underneath.

The 38-year-old actress selected a pastel blue Givenchy embellished dress that played well against her sun-kissed complexion. She showed a hint of flesh in the flirty mermaid-style frock, which featured bejeweled straps, sheer front panels, a scooped neckline and a plunging back.
Zoe styled the figure-flattering number with minimal jewelry, and complemented the dress with a pair of light blue sandals. To complete the look, she wore her long tresses in loose waves and sported blue eyeshadow and pink lipstick.

Zoe teetered on a pair of blue suede Stuart Weitzman “Nudist” sandals. These minimalist sandals simply have adjustable ankle straps, open toes and about 4.5-inch heels.
