While the tweets have now been removed, in November 2013 London-based plastic surgeon Dr. Ayham Al-Ayoubi tweeted that the ‘American Idol’ judge has improved her appearance through plastic surgery.
“These before and after pics of @JLo show many signs of #plasticsurgery – naturally pretty but now looks amazing,” the facial plastic surgeon tweeted.

He quickly found out that Jennifer Lopez did not appreciate the accusations, nor did her fans.
The American entertainer, businesswoman, philanthropist, and producer quickly responded: “@DrAyoubi Sorry Sir, but I have never had plastic surgery of any kind. #fact.”

While JLo replied rather politely, her fans did not, and the doctor’s twitter account was quickly bombarded by angry messages. The doctor then deleted his tweets, followed up with several apologies, and finally put the blame on one of his assistants.
