Blake Lively made an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” last Wednesday to continue with the promotions for her newest movie “The Green Lantern”.
Blake wore a very summery Missoni handkerchief hem knit dress over a white tank top which she accessorized with one of the pairs from her very extensive Christian Louboutin shoe collection.

Out of all the Louboutins we’ve seen on Blake Lively, I have to say that these heels are one of the more interesting pairs she has worn recently.
Sometimes, I miss the old Blake “I don’t have a stylist” Lively because even though she had quite a few misses, she often changed up her look with shoes from other designers like Burberry, Giuseppe Zanotti, and (gasp!) even Brian Atwood. Now, all she ever wears are shoes from Louboutin and Chanel and though beautiful, they can get a bit boring because how can you ever go wrong with those brands.
So I’m glad Blake went for these 8 Mignon sandals in a more daring color from the latest Louboutin collection. If all she ever plans on wearing are Louboutin shoes, I hope she goes all out and really OWN the brand and feel comfortable enough to wear something like the Alex lion paw pump from the same Fall 2011 collection.

If she wears these and gets away with it, then I would know that Blake Lively has earned her license to wear nothing but Christian Louboutin for life.
A few months ago Blake wore another pair of Louboutins that we want to share with you. She donned a white Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2011 dress paired with a pair of heels that some fashion critics think ruined the outfit. How do you like the Christian Louboutin Fastissima ankle boots?
