Have you seen the shoes from Calvin Klein’s Spring 2013 Collection? While the whole line stuck with the designer’s minimalist aesthetic, we saw a hint of edgy girl-power on the clothes that was actually quite refreshing.
Even more interesting was the touch of grandiose gold elements seen on the heels of several models that sashayed their runway:

Gorgeous, agree? Aren’t you mesmerized by those carved golden heels? Don’t expect CK to do a 180 and start selling heavily adorned kicks, though. Because the rest of the shoes from the line aren’t as well-decorated:

These heels won’t be available until early next year so it’s a long wait if you want to get your hands on a pair.
On a side note, if you need the (golden) fix now and you could care less about how much you spend, you can try this beautiful gold-heeled pump from Louboutin instead – the Bois Dore.
Bois Dore Grosgrain Ribbon Platform Pump, $1,395
This exquisite shoe comes with a painted wooden heel and is wrapped in satiny grosgrain material for a full royal effect.
