While Chinese Laundry heel sightings were aplenty during the recent Miss Universe competition, we also spotted a good number of gorgeous shoes at the event’s red carpet arrivals — worn by TV personalities, former beauty queens, and even celebrities who were all dressed to the nines for the show.

But here’s the thing, only two lovely ladies caught our full attention — American television personality Jeannie Mai and American actress Claudia Jordan.

Both were decked in strapless floor-length frocks with thigh-high slits that showcased their legs and dazzling heels.

How do you like their Miss Universe red carpet style? Their looks are very similar; the dresses practically have the same silhouette.

Can you ID their dazzling stilettos? Who do you think looks better, Jeannie or Claudia? Or better yet, whose glittered pumps do you like best, Claudia’s round and chunky pair or Jeannie’s sleek and pointy ones?

We have no information on both shoes yet, but Claudia’s pumps actually look a lot like the Steve Madden ‘Dyvinal’ heels that you can buy on Steve Madden.

On a side note, if you’re into Jeannie’s glittered pointy-toe heels, here’s an affordable alternative from GUESS that might do the trick. Check them out at Zappos:
