After allegedly suffering a slipped disc following the birth of daughter Harper Seven in July, Victoria Beckham is now banned from wearing high-heeled shoes. We say “allegedly” because look what we spotted Victoria Beckham wearing while shopping just yesterday — none other than one of her numerous Christian Louboutin ‘Daffodile’ pumps with 6″-high heels!
Victoria Beckham and these shoes made waves not only because VB wear them while being very pregnant, but also because she wore them to the Royal Wedding of the Century.
Victoria also actually wore high-heeled shoes throughout her entire pregnancy, which many of you disapproved of and tsk-tsked at in our comments section:

Just to set things straight, Victoria Beckham’s heel-wearing isn’t what caused her back problems. But high heels will certainly not help her condition so she is supposedly under doctor’s orders to wear flats until her back is completely healed.
Whether this is true or not is still vague, but Victoria Beckham has been documented numerous times saying that she “beyond hate[s] ballerina flats” and that she “can’t even walk in them”.
She even said in her book That Extra Half an Inch: Hair, Heels and Everything In Between that wearing flat shoes, especially with skinny jeans, makes you “end up looking like a golf club”.
If Victoria Beckham is to wear flat shoes until her ban on high heels is lifted, she will of course still do low shoes in high style. Here we’ve gathered 10 recommendations for flats Victoria Beckham can wear, all designer, all expensive and all très chic of course!
If there is some truth to this issue, we do hope that Victoria Beckham listens to her doctors. We admit, there is some fun in seeing Victoria Beckham look like a golf club in flats but we just hope that she puts her health first.
