Elle Fanning looked every inch the modern day princess at the photo call for her latest movie “The Neon Demon” held at the House of Cinema Borghese in Rome on Monday.
She was joined at the event by the movie’s director and writer Nicholas Winding Refn, who was neat in a navy blue suit.

The 18-year-old actress donned an ethereal cream-colored babydoll frock from Giamba’s Fall 2016 collection.
The dress highlighted her alabaster complexion and featured a thigh-grazing ruffled skirt that was cinched at the waist by a pearl-embellished band. It also had a floral lace bodice with a cleavage-baring plunging v-neckline held up by two thin spaghetti straps.

Elle skipped the jewelry, and instead accessorized with a floral metal headpiece by Twigs & Honey and a pair of crystal-embellished gold heels.
Her blonde locks were simply worn down, while her makeup was kept light and simple with only a hint of blush and a swipe of pink lipgloss.

Elle slipped into a pair of Christian Louboutin “Bat Bat” sandals. They are made of gold leather and feature asymmetric front straps with handmade crystal-embroidered dragonfly, buckled ankle straps and about 4.5-inch heels.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find these quirky sandals online. New styles can be purchased at Net-A-Porter, Neiman Marcus, Saks, Barneys and Nordstrom.
