Turns out that “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum is one tough model!
The 42-year-old had to seek medical attention after she stepped on a rusty nail on the set of her show.

Heidi uploaded a photo of her and designer Zac Posen — who, unfortunately, also stepped on a rusty nail on set — at the doctor’s office with bandages on their feet.
“DONT STEP ON A RUSTY NAIL ….. Well we both did 😨😨 #Bettersafethansorry @zac_posen,” the former model captioned.

Thankfully, things didn’t turn out to be serious. Heidi even emerged wearing a pair of heels a few days later!
