Despite having its worldwide release almost a year ago, Hilary Swank’s film You’re Not You is an official entry to the Tokyo Film Festival. This is good news for the travel junkie, who was able to mix work and play by flying halfway around the world to visit the beautiful city of Tokyo, Japan.

Hilary showed off her statuesque form in a tuxedo dress and gold-and-black cap toe pumps, both by high-end fashion house Balmain.

The actress hit the red carpet for the film’s stage greeting alongside Japanese actress Meisa Kuroki, who exchanged a few words and laughter with the Hollywood actress.
