Enter, Jean-Michel Cazabat, who began his luminous career in the late 70’s as a buyer and creative director for the awe-inspiring French shoe designer, Charles Jourdan. I’m sure you’ve already heard of him. After all, he is quite well known for producing some of the sexiest, gem-encrusted, footwear around.
Jean-Michel must have thought there were already too many platform wedges in the market that he decided to go against the flow and created these sexy pointed toe wedges instead:

They’re definitely slim, sleek, and sexy alright. And take note, this style does not only come with a pointed toe, but the vamp is lowered as well, to give the illusion of longer legs. Of course, the absence of a platform is also quite refreshing.
It’s a great substitute to the pointy stilettos and is much less formal too; meaning you can wear it with pretty much anything. What’s even better is its price tag. Though these shoes are a bit pricey (between $225 to $275), the amount is not TOO high to the point of being unattainable.
