In a 2013 interview with Italy’s La Repubblica, Nicole Kidman regretted her decision to undergo Botox.
“No surgery for me,” Nicole told the Italian daily general-interest newspaper. “I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again.”

“I wear sunscreen, I don’t smoke and I take care of myself, and I am proud to say that,” she added.
“Anybody can do anything to themselves – I don’t judge – but personally I believe in being physically fit. That’s how I was raised.”

“To be honest, I am completely natural,” Kidman told Marie Claire magazine in 2008 and denied rumors she’s undergone plastic surgery.
“I have nothing in my face or anything,” she says. “I wear sunscreen, and I don’t smoke. I take care of myself. And I’m very proud to say that.”

“I made sure that they kept my lines,” she said. “I didn’t want to lose my wrinkles; I just wanted to lose the bags under my eyes. I don’t like it when it’s overdone, but we do live in a time when, if you can afford a good doctor, you can have subtle plastic surgery.”

According to board-certified plastic surgeons Dr. Manish Shah and Dr. Matthew Schulman, it is their professional opinion that Kidman has undergone surgical procedures.
Although they have not personally treated the actress, Dr. Shah told Life & Style, “If I had to guess on a possible procedure, it looks like she has had a mini-facelift.”

He noted the tightness of her jawline, the prominent definition of her neck muscles, and a noticeable shadow and crease in front of her ear, which appear indicative of surgical intervention.
Dr. Schulman also observed changes in Kidman’s eyebrows and upper eyelids, further supporting the possibility of cosmetic enhancements.
“She also looks like she’s had a temporal brow lift because the tail of her eyebrow looks lifted and her upper eyelid area is more hollow appearing,” said the NYC surgeon Dr. Schulman.
“Nicole has always had flawless skin and this may be from good genetics or a little help from good daily skincare products, chemical peels or lasers.”
